The Kids at Stewartown Homes Summer Camp are split into 3
classes by age group. There is a class for kids ages 5-7, 8-10, and
11-16.
The 2 younger classes have been improving their reading skills through
fairy tales and hands-on activities.
The oldest class has been writing plays and directing performances in
conjunction with their tours of BET and Montgomery County Television. They
have also worked on business plans as they work in groups to design their
own business, create a webpage, and make publicity materials.
Additionally, 2 days a week we head over to Whetstone Elementary to
have technology classes in the school computer lab.
